The University has partnership links with many foreign higher education institutions, research centers and public organizations from more than 40 countries of Asia, Africa, Europe and America. More than half of them are carried out on the basis of bilateral agreements. The number of bilateral agreements with foreign partners grows constantly: from 22 in 2008 till 100 agreements in 2017 (with foreign partners from 30 countries).
